Oh my, oh my.... I seemed to lost the passion and will to write. The excuses??? The normal reasons one could muster... Work, family, etc.
But for a simple life update:-
1. My biggest worry for this year has been settled, alhamdulillah. What is it, you may ask? My bother's wedding. It may not be a big feat or problem to you out there, but if you are without any mother or sisters to assist you, it troubles you day and nite. Sigh.... Alhamdulillah, everything went rather smoothly, with a little family drama here and there. Hahaha... what is a celebration without a little conflict to spice things up, ey?
Many of my relatives think that my family (my own) has turned snobbish for we had opted to stay at Legend Hotel a.k.a. Sunway Putra Hotel during the ceremony. Haha... None of what they think is true. My husband had earlier booked for four days 3 nites stay at the hotel using his membership. There were many days unutilised, hence he thought that it would be beneficial to any relatives who had come from far to attend the wedding. Unfortunately, there were no takers. Therefore, I decided to chuck my children and bibik there, and created little chaos over at my father's house. Second reason... the house is now more of my brother's rather than my father's after he had spend a fortune renovating the house. Thus, I may say, I feel a slight uncomfortable hanging out there too long, especially if my father is not around. Especially with kids tagging along. I believe the whole world knows how my relationship is with my brother. Sordid... I guess I'm better off staying somewhere else than in his house. I don't know how this year's Raya celebration is gonna be. We'll cross the bridge when we get there, I guess....
2. Farah and Fatin are both in Taska Permata. And I could see how Fatin easily adapts herself to a new situation. Farah, on the other hands, is still highly influenced by her moods. Never mind, I'm not gonna dwell much on this as I believe time will play its role in overcoming this situation.
I'll update pictures and more stories in other postings as I suddenly realised that everyone has packed their bags and left! Yucks!!!
